Cambridge Property Management will deal with all the legal administration in connection with the Leasehold Enquiries raised by Solicitors when a property is being sold or remortgaged. A charge is made for handling the replies to Solicitors as per the schedule below.

“At Cambridge Property Management we seek to ensure that the terms of the Lease are complied with subject to instructions of the Directors of the Resident Run Management Company or Freeholder (as appropriate) as this may incur additional costs for taking legal action. If appropriate and agreed in writing preparing and distributing, as required, a set of "House Rules" clarifying in plain English the regulations and behavioural standards expected within the development.
Cambridge Property Management appreciate that complying with statutory obligations is a significant and time-consuming responsibility which many people find onerous. We will comply with statutory obligations relating to the Companies Act 2006.
Cambridge Property Management will stand as Company Secretary and perform full Secretarial duties. These dutias include the filing of the Accounts with Companies House, the preparation and filing of the Annual Return, Share Transfers, the keeping of the company books and convening and taking the minutes for Annual General Meetings of the Management Company.
