We work closely with a number of insurance brokers and insurers. We can assist in getting the best policy for the property with the correct level of cover and the right terms; including a reasonable excess.
We deal with insuring the Building which primarily consists of the structure; walls, ceilings, floors, bathroom fittings and kitchens etc. Basically anything that is not taken away when moving house. We do not insure personal belongings and furniture which should be covered by a Contents Policy.
Accidents do happen; water leaks, impact damage even fires. We are directly involved with owners, tenants and contractors to make sure the claim is handled quickly. From making sure the cause is rectified through to getting repairs completed.
We have an extensive experience of all types of potential claim. This may involve us attending personally to claims as they arise. This assists in assessing what is required and in some cases unfortunately some people seek to make spurious claims which can be repudiated and reduce an estates claim history.
