Managing Director, Jeremy Wager, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience in property management and maintenance.
Jeremy came to Cambridge from London, via Ipswich, in 1989. He obtained a Degree from South Bank Polytechnic in Estate Management in 1987.
In Cambridge from 1989; he initially worked for Januarys, Consultant Surveyors in Downing Street. He then moved to Dukes Court on Newmarket Road. After training there he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and worked as a Management Surveyor in the local area. In 1996 he joined Redmayne Arnold & Harris where he ran and expanded the Lettings Department for just over 5 years. On leaving there he worked for himself before joining Cam flats in 2002. It was there that he took over the Block Management team and one year later agreed a Management Buy-Out of the blocks of flats under management and set up Cambridge Property Management.
The company has grown significantly under his control. He lives in Cambridge and outside work he enjoys reading about classic cars, walking in the Lake District, surfing and spending time with his wife and four children.
Josephine Wager; is a qualified Solicitor. She is originally from London and moved to Cambridge to work for Mills & Reeve.
She completed a degree at Bristol University and went on to read law at York. She trained and qualified in Reading before moving to Cambridge.
As well as being very busy looking after her four children, she is a Trustee on various charitable organisations and enjoys hockey and reading.
