It was set up by Jeremy and Josephine Wager to complete a Management Buy-Out of the Blocks of Flats then managed by Cam flats a Cambridge Based company that also dealt with lettings and maintenance.
In October 2003 Cambridge Property Management Ltd set up offices with Jeremy Wager, Mary Long and Jo Stinton in Essex House on Regent Street. At that time we managed just over 40 Estates mainly in Cambridge. These were, and remain, a mixed portfolio with mainly Resident Run Companies (RMC’s) as well as several Freeholder controlled Estates. They vary in size from small converted buildings with 4 or 5 flats up to large estates with 80-100 properties; including mixed Houses/Flats and Shops/flats.
The number of instructions grew by word of mouth and we now have a compliment of 12 staff including the Directors, please see our ‘Team’ Page for further details.
We have just moved into larger offices on Brooklands Avenue in the main Central Business district in Cambridge with good access to roads and the Train Station.
Caretaking; we have expanded into this task as several of our Client's Estates have on-site staff, this is overseen and controlled from our Office and provides support and services to Residents of those Estates that need them.
